So I am not doing very good on blogging lately. Dax is starting to crawl and he has gotten two more teeth. He is saying momma and dadda all the time! It is crazy to think he will be 9 months next week!! Jesse is still in flaming gorge, so i decided to go to my parents cabin for the weekend here are a few pictures.

I decided to drive down to see jesse so he didnt have to make the drive back here this weekend. It was alot of fun and VERY hard to leave! Our friends JJ and Angie joined us,they helped me keep Dax entertained in the car. He did great, never cried the way down or back he is such a good baby. We got there friday about 4 and got everything unloaded then made dutch oven potatoes and steaks it was very yummy, Saturday we went out on the boat. Dax was not so sure about the lifejacket at first ,he just screamed I felt bad leaving it on him but i knew it was for his safety. Once I got him calmed down he fell asleep and slept the whole time. The last few weeks it has been really good weather in the morning and then raining in the afternoon so we had to get off the water at about noon. We got off in perfect time as soon as we got back to camp it started raining and rained off and on until about five. Then we decided to see how dax would do in the water the KOA had a swimming pool so off to the pool he loved the water! We also went swimming today they had a little floaty that we put him in and he loved it. I did not want to leave to bad I have to work tomorrow:( . Hopefully only a few more weeks and he will be done with the job. Here are some pics from this weekend

Updates

I know it has been awhile since i have updated my blog, Here are a few things that have been going on.

Dax got his first two teeth, he did really good was a little fussy, no runny nose or fever :)

He has been eating his solids really good his favorite are carrots

Jesse and I went to vegas for four days, a little to long to be away from dax :( we will not be leaving him again for awhile!!

The bad news is Jesse has to go work in flaming gorge for a couple months! :( I guess I should not complain at least he has a job, he will be coming home every other weekend Guess I will have to get used to staying alone and at least it is only a couple months

Rolling Over!!

So my little boy is getting to big he is now rolling over!!!

4 months

I know I have been slacking on posting but hey at least you know I will be posting once a month :) Nothing new is going on although he did get his first haircut about a week ago. He keeps laughing more, and more he is such a happy baby! Tomorrow we get to go to his 4 month check up so I will let you know how that goes. He gets three shots and I am not to excited about that I get to go to this appointment alone Jesse has to work so we will see how we do. Round 2

So we are on our second round of ear infections!:) The other night Dax was running a fever and was not happy the poor little guy just kept screaming, he is such a happy baby that we knew something was not right. So saturday morning off to the doc. Come to find out he has another ear infection and this time in both ears!! We got him so meds and then he starts getting a bad runny nose and a little caugh, his fever kept getting worse and tynelol was not helping either finally his fever broke and he was a happy camper just smiling and laughing away until last night the poor little guy his runny nose getting pretty bad and a very bad caugh so lets just say last night and today have been some sad days he is normally such a happy baby i feel so bad for him he just cries and cries. Hopefully tomorrow is a better day:)

3 month pics

I know I have been slacking on posting. I can't believe he is already 3 months he is changing every day. He is smiling all the time and almost laughing. He is waking up only once at night to eat or sometimes even sleeping all night. He is such a good baby and to the point where he does not like to be cuddled anymore which we miss he just always want to be on the move. Here are a few pictures we have taken the last couple weeks

2 months old

I am a couple days off but I figured close enough :) I cant believe he is already 2 months old time has gone by so fast he is getting so big and starting to not look like a newborn. He is smiling all the time and starting to notice things alot more. Here are a few pictures, enjoy:)

We did it!

So last night was the first night that Dax slept in his room. We have been a little nervous putting him in there but people have told me they sleep better and that we would sleep better if he was in his room. So I thought we would try it out. Well he didnt go any longer on feeding but I think we will try it again tonight and see how he does. It was wierd not having him in there I still was waking up to make sure he was ok. We will see how he does tonight

Big 25!

So I am a little slow at updating about my birthday since it was on the 14th! I had a good birthday and like always got spoiled! I got the usual money and with the money we got a wii we also got rock band,and the wii fit (which we still have not purchased yet :)I have been slacking on that I am excited to start using the wii fit though we are finishing one of the rooms in our basement so we have a workout room just waiting for that to get done then i will stop being lazy and start working out!! I had a great birthday thanks everyone for making it such a great day

Dax Announcment

I finally got Dax's birth annoucment done now that he is 2 months old :) Thanks to my sister in law Lisa for taking some cute pictures and my friend Melissa for making the cute announcment they are done. I love them they turned out so cute!! Thanks guys!! Also little update on work I made it my first full week! It was not to bad still hard leaving Dax everyday but I am glad it is not all day, the computers at work were actually working this week so that made the week much better.

Update on Work

So work was better then I thought it was going to be on thursday the day went by pretty fast and Dax did really good at daycare they loved him! Friday that was a different story we have such great computers at my work.... NOT! they are down all the time or just very SLOW so of course friday had to be one of the days were they were down. I got to work at little after 8 and the system did not start working till 11:30 So I am thinking oh great i am having someone watch my baby for nothing and then of course i still need to get my work done and only have daycare till 1. Jesse was not working friday he was fixing my car so i went and got Dax and took him to Jesse then back to work for me. I ended up working till 5:30 to get everything caught for that week. Lets just hope that is not a daily thing it was a long day!

Back to Work

So Tomorrow is my first day back to work. It is only part time but I am a little nervous to be taking Dax to daycare I always said I would not put my kids in daycare but I guess you got to pay the bills:) It is only part time so that will not be to bad I will post how our first day went! Wish me luck!!!
